• Fees for services are disclosed in a separate agreement before engagement
• Payments must be made in accordance with agreed-upon terms

5. No Guarantee of Results While we strive to improve your credit situation, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including credit score improvements or debt elimination.
6. Compliance with Laws We comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Clients are encouraged to review their legal rights regarding credit reporting and resolution.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Clients waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
9. Termination of Services We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Failure to provide necessary documentation
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Violation of these Terms
